When the opportunity arose to rework the account managment section of this ecommerce site, we had a long list of improvements we wished to make. We worked with the development team to simplify and improve throughout, cutting steps from registation, sign on, account managment and the checkout process. We also produced a cleaner, clearer, simpler visual design to match the revised main part of the site.
