Openbusiness was a site which required considerable attention, both visually and behind the scenes. The front end recieved a clean new look, while the back end recieved a substantial makeover.

Back end work included tidying up and updating the theme to make it compatible with the then current version of WordPress. In addtion WordPress was deleted and installed from fresh, various security features were added and the spam infected database was cleaned. Bandwidth use subsequently fell by about 50%.

The visual makeover was from the banner down (the original site banner was retained), giving a cleaner, simpler look.
